Does your work come with a guarantee?
Yes, we provide a lifetime written warranty to cover all workmanship and manufacturing defects, ask for details.
How long will it take to replace my window?
Well, it depends on the item to be replaced. Windshields can take up to one hour, maybe less and we recommend letting it set for at least an hour before driving the vehicle. Building glass time estimation will require a visual inspection prior to an estimate.
Can you fix the ding in my windshield?
We recommend that you notify us immediately of a ding to your windshield. Most dings at 1" or less in diameter can be repaired easily with little or no visual evidence that it ever existed. If the ding is deep or larger than 1", there may be a slight variation in the glass appearance surrounding the repair, but at least this will prevent the need to replace the entire windshield.
Do you remove broken glass?
Yes, we are trained to safely vacuum and remove any broken glass at the time of replacement.
Will you be able to fix my car in the rain?
Like any true-blooded Northwesterner, we thrive in the rain! We will come prepared with a waterproof tent to safely repair or replace your glass. Only in rare cases of severe inclement weather would we suggest rescheduling your appointment. Our goal is to provide you with guaranteed results, which in some cases might require waiting for a rainbow.
